Cold Rooms in Springs-Area Private Reserves
Design, build and commissioning of walk-in cold rooms for lodge kitchens and stores. Serving lodges, reserves and remote properties in and around Springs-Area Private Reserves.
Scope of work
What this service includes
- Panel and door specification
- Condensing unit selection
- Temperature control and logging
- Energy-efficient running
Why remote sites are different
On a remote lodge there is no supplier down the road and no second technician on standby. We specify for high ambient temperatures, dust, limited electrical headroom and long travel times — then hold critical spares and support the system with scheduled visits and remote monitoring where it is technically possible.
